Activated Labels come as a sticker. Once purchased it is your responsibility for care and usage. Molecular Wisdom takes no responsibility for damage that may be caused due to the sticker aspect of the label.

We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email a photo of the product within 14 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
